Welcome
To My World
As Seen Through My Eyes!

Here you will learn not only
of the Artist/Sculptor. But
also that of the Woman within!

I am a Fine Art Artist...a painter
and sculptor...a wife...a mother..
an airplane pilot...a businesswoman...
I live in Southern California,
United States of America...
I am an American
Who is So Very Proud to BE
An American.

You will find me in:
Who's Who of American Women, 21st edition
Who's Who 2000 People in The World in The Year 2000
"The Fine Artist's Guide to Showing & Selling Your Work"
by Sally Prince Davis.

As God has blessed me I do not keep
what He has given me...
But love to share it with others...
I want you to keep coming back to
this site that a wonderful, talented
lady named Lynn has graciously created
for me...Lynn sends me Angel Hugs....
I send Angel Hugs to you who are reading
what I am sharing with you.

Watch for the changes on my site...
and the unfolding, as a rose,
of my life adventures...my ups...
my downs...the successes...the failures.

"Each piece is a....New Beginning.
A New...Experience.
A New...Creation.
Be it a commissioned piece or
working from the model or
from the mind's eye.
Creativity...taking a blank canvas or
a "lump of clay" and giving it...life.
Oh! How my spirit soars...like an eagle
and my heart...sings, the excitement...
the unleashing of passion...into my work.
God is the sustaining driving
force in my Life...in my Work!"

As written by:
April Kinsley,
New York Art Critic

In the Spring of 1985, three of Ms. Neal's Artworks
were selected from thousands of paintings nationally
and she became one of only 60 Artists to be represented
in the New Art in New York (NANY) Show ~ and Ms. Neal
was the only woman artist selected from California.

The Judges included Miles Barth, Curator,
International Center of Photography;
Lowery Sims, Curator,
of Twentieth Century Art,
Metropolitan Museum Of Art;
and other notables of the Art World.

Concurrently, she also exhibited by Invitation
in the California Artists Human Services (CAHS)~
Show in the Wattles Mansion in Hollywood,
an Annual Event held under State auspices and
strongly supported by the Motion Picture and
Television Committees, with Actor Ed Asner,
for example, serving on the Board of Directors.

Although Ms. Neal became Full-time,
Professional Painting and Sculpting only in 1983~
Ms. Neal has produced more than 300 Works of Art.

Ms. Neals paintings are in
serveral additional Juried Shows
and American Artist Magazines.

In 1985 a patron of the arts provided 300 sq. ft of
commercial space for me to paint and display my art at
the Laguna Mercado Mall, Laguna Beach, California.
Two years later my space had expanded to 3000 sq. ft
and I found myself selling, promoting and helping 32
other artists. Yes, we were very SUCCESSFUL and the
TALK OF THE TOWN. When we had opening nights the crowds
stood in line to get into the ANITA NEAL ART GALLERY.
The Los Angeles Times newspaper wrote great features
about us. It took tremendous amount of time and work to
be a success and I found myself no longer an artist...I had
become a gallery owner...It was Trey Legone, grandson of
one of Picasso agent's, who helped me get started...for
which I am eternally grateful. NOW this is
WHEN A REAL MIRACLE HAPPENED...but
that is another story for another day...

I love sharing my art with you
and I hope you enjoy what you see...
